Job Duties

Install, configure, and maintain company’s daily IT services network and operating systems. Maintain IT operations including applications, email systems, hardware, software, and network security tools for company’s operation system and devices; Optimize and maintain network security protocols like secure socket layer (SSL), secure file transfer protocol (SFTP), and virtual private networks (VPNs) to ensure data security. Analyze and troubleshoot company’s local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and other data network segments, as well as training staff in using software and hardware for the network systems. Build and maintain servers, optimize network performance, and recommend hardware and software system upgrades. Maintain all data used for redundancy efforts and assist with remediation efforts in test findings and risk assessments.


Requirements

Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or other Information Technology related field.

Business & Marketing Analyst

Job Duties

Collaborate with external clients and internal teams to conduct business analysis and market research, and create strategies to help clients drive business growth, forecast sales, enhance profitability, and improve marketing effectiveness for optimal business results.


01 Utilize business methodologies to research and compile detailed market trend reports, aid company in pricing strategies, and support product team in designing new products and improve existing ones to stay on trend, and uncover new business opportunities.


02 Conduct comprehensive qualitative and quantitative market research and analysis for company clients in restaurant business; Collect and analyze statistical data on customer demographics, needs/preferences, and purchasing habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting services demand; Gather, analyze competitors data, i.e. their prices, food/service qualities, and method of marketing and distribution, and monitor their competitive activities; Collaborate with clients to formulate and refine effective marketing strategies to enhance brand promotion and engagement.


03 Analyze clients’ sales data, forecast future sales targets, and track ongoing sale performance to understand underlying factors influencing sales outcomes; Utilize sales data and performance metrics to assess clients’ business profitability and identify sales trends; Develop targeted strategies to bolster promotional efforts, leveraging insights into restaurant business dynamics to influence critical decisions related to pricing, supply chain management, operations, and consumer behavior.


04 Evaluate and manage client's online marketing performance to optimize digital sales; Continuously analyze the effectiveness of multimedia marketing practices and campaigns, including SEO, paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing Ads), website analytics, and social media performance; Adjust marketing strategies as

necessary to ensure optimal performance and return on investment.


Requirements

Position Overview

Peblla Inc. is seeking a motivated Account Executive for our payment software solutions targeting the restaurant industry. Key products include Payment Solution, POS systems, online ordering solutions, kiosks, and loyalty programs.

You will undergo a comprehensive 1 month training program at our Rockville, MD office. During this period, you will rotate through various departments, including operations, sales, customer success, and marketing, gaining invaluable experience and understanding of the industry. You will accumulate knowledge of the restaurant industry, eventually advising prospects on best practices and solutions that best fit their requirements.


Qualifications

01 Identify and target potential clients in the restaurant industry.

02 Present and demonstrate our hardware and solutions to potential clients.

03 Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

04 Possess a valid driver's license and be capable of lifting up to 80 pounds.

05 Willing and able to travel at least 50% of the time (local and domestic travels).

06 Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

07 Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.

08 Provide feedback to the product development team to help improve our offerings.

09 Collaborate with team members to drive innovative solutions and strategies within your designated departments.

10 Use our CRM and Project Collaboration Tools on a daily basis

11 Demonstrate strong multi-tasking abilities.


Requirements

01 Proven experience in sales, preferably in the restaurant software or merchant services industry.

02 Strong understanding of restaurant and retail business, POS systems, online ordering solutions, kiosk solutions,

and loyalty programs.

03 Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.

04 Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

05 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

06 Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.

07 Patience and the ability to empathize with customers, understanding their perspective and needs.

08 No coding skills required, but a basic level of tech literacy is necessary.

09 Extensive travel: driving locally, air travel within the U.S.
