What you'll do
Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to conduct business analysis and market research, developing data-informed strategies to improve customer engagement, enhance profitability, and support marketing effectiveness. Detailed duties include: Research consumer behavior and regional dining patterns using customer engagement data to identify growth opportunities and inform marketing strategies. Develop and monitor targeted marketing campaigns using CRM and marketing platforms; analyze engagement metrics and conduct A/B testing to optimize performance and customer retention. Evaluate website performance and search visibility using web analytics tools; recommend strategies to enhance online presence and digital outreach. Analyze competitive landscape including pricing, service offerings, and promotional tactics to identify positioning opportunities and market trends. Incorporate client feedback into business and product strategy; assist in refining customer loyalty programs, referral incentives, and seasonal campaigns. Forecast customer behavior and sales trends using historical data to support marketing calendar planning and resource allocation.
Who you are
Minimum requirements
Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Economics, or other closely related field.
Pay and benefits
Salary: $56,500 Per Year
