What you'll do
Responsibilities
This position is for an Entry Level Account Manager for the Spanish Market. This role is critical to the sales process and requires a passionate, results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of the restaurant industry and exceptional communication skills. We value diverse backgrounds and experiences, and a college degree is not required.
01 Understanding Customer Needs
Conducting thorough needs assessments with prospective restaurant clients, identifying their pain points, and translating those needs into tailored solutions.
02 Developing and Delivering Compelling Demos
Creating and delivering customized product demonstrations that effectively showcase the value proposition of the Peblla POS system and address specific customer requirements.
03 Building Strong Relationships
Cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with prospective clients throughout the sales cycle.
04 Providing Product Expertise
Serving as a trusted advisor to potential customers by providing in-depth product knowledge and answering technical questions.
05 Contributing to Sales Success
Collaborating closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
06 Travel
Frequent travel is required, both locally and out of state.
07 Installation and Setup
Ability to install and setup of Peblla POS systems at customer locations.
Who you are
Minimum requirements
01 Native-level fluency in Spanish, both written and verbal, is required.
02 A strong Latin American cultural background to effectively connect with and understand our target market.
03 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the restaurant industry or a related field.
04 Proven ability to understand and articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
05 Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
06 Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
07 Ability to travel frequently, both locally and out of state.
